DESCRIPTION:Join us for the presentation “Dunder Mifflin Wellness Day\, Dietary Advice for Chronic Conditions” from Dr. Rachel Fennema at Kootenai Health. This presentation will take place at 12 pm PT/1 pm MT. \nLearning Objectives: \n\nReview general dietary recommendations for all individuals\nExplore how to tailor those recommendations for specific chronic conditions and patient complaints\nHighlight some “super foods”\nProvide take home points for patients and how to review with them at their chronic condition visit\nProvide resources for patients to do their own dietary research\nReview implementation strategies for dietary changes\n\nThe IAFP is hosting a virtual monthly Grand Rounds Series featuring presentations from six of Idaho’s Family Medicine Residency programs.
