Join us for the presentation “Dunder Mifflin Wellness Day, Dietary Advice for Chronic Conditions” from Dr. Rachel Fennema at Kootenai Health. This presentation will take place at 12 pm PT/1 pm MT.

Learning Objectives:

• Review general dietary recommendations for all individuals
• Explore how to tailor those recommendations for specific chronic conditions and patient complaints
• Highlight some “super foods”
• Provide take home points for patients and how to review with them at their chronic condition visit
• Provide resources for patients to do their own dietary research
• Review implementation strategies for dietary changes

The IAFP is hosting a virtual monthly Grand Rounds Series featuring presentations from six of Idaho’s Family Medicine Residency programs. Each month, a resident or faculty member from one of these programs will present on a clinical topic of interest to all family physicians. Each presentation will last one hour.
