Gender Affirming Care
A bill banning Gender Affirming Care for Idahoans under the age of 18 was signed into law on 4/4/2023. A federal judge placed an injunction on the law on 12/26/23. It is not a crime in Idaho to deliver this care for the foreseeable future. The IAFP will be working with partners to develop resources for physicians and patients to utilize once this care is no longer available.
