The IAFP is hosting a virtual monthly Grand Rounds Series featuring presentations from six of Idaho’s Family Medicine Residency programs. Each month, a resident or faculty member from one of these programs will present on a clinical topic of interest to all family physicians. Each presentation will last one hour.

Learning objectives:

1. Understand the common types of rock climbing injuries effecting the shoulder, elbow and hand
2. Discuss common rock climbing hand holds, and how they pose a risk to specific types of injuries
3. Review appropriate management techniques for each of the upper extremity injuries discussed
